Cancellation & Deposit Policies

Deposit Requirement:
A one-night deposit is required to hold reservations 90 days prior to scheduled arrival. The balance can be prepaid or paid upon arrival. Travel agents must prepay in full at least 30 days prior to their clients’ scheduled arrival. -
Cancellations & Refunds:

60+ days before arrival: Full refund.

30–60 days before arrival: 25% of the one-night deposit is non-refundable.

More than 30 days but less than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the one-night deposit is non-refundable.

Within 30 days of arrival: No refunds.

No refunds on unused portions of your stay.

A 3% bank charge will be deducted from any refunded deposit.

Children 10 years and older pay full price for rooms, meals, and tours.
